Incall Details

To be able to host you in the luxury environment all my clients deserve such as a hotel or the studio, please be advised that room fees/hotel rental totals are worked into my incall service rates and therefore they are more expensive than my GFE outcall service rates.

I offer incalls at Urban Lux Studio & there is FREE PARKING available in the plaza parking lot the studio is located inside of.

The address is 2211 Centre Street North, and its located inside the plaza DIRECTLY across from Lina’s Italian Market.

Please note that these rates are in effect if I am hosting at a hotel and you are booking a hotel incall visit with me.

Outcall Details

In order for me to be able to consider an outcall to you, you must meet my requirements below. If you do not meet ALL of the listed requirements, you will be redirected to book me for an incall.

1. Transportation costs are REQUIRED to be covered by my clients.
   I ABSOLUTELY do not accept rides with clients, for obvious safety reasons, and I do NOT travel out of pocket to any outcalls.
   
   Clients are welcome to either book me an Uber with a pickup address sent to them so they can input it themselves, or clients may send me an Email Transfer, Uber/Lyft Gift Card or Crypto (BTC, ETH, etc.) amount matching my roundtrip fare to facilitate my transportation to your hosting space through my own phone. Screenshots of fare are given if money is being sent to me for professionalism & transparency on costs.
   
   No Transportation Costs Covered = NO OUTCALL.

2. You MUST be in your hosting space ALONE. If you are in a home, townhouse, this means no roommates or guests are present.
   
   ABSOLUTELY NO ONE.
   
   I have no issues visiting a home with a basement suite so long as it is a LEGALLY SEPARATED UNIT, meaning that the top and basement units are accessed by PRIVATE ENTRY; ABSOLUTELY NO SHARED ENTRY BASEMENT HOMES. A walk-through will be conducted at the beginning of your session upon receiving payment to verify this requirement.
   
   
3. Your space MUST be clean and suitable for hosting guests. If you wouldn’t invite your mother into your home, then don’t invite me, cause I’ll shame you like she should have!
   
   A CLEAR PATH to exits MUST exist & I’m sure you can understand why.
   
   
4. You MUST have a mattress & bed frame, clean sheets & towels.
   A reminder that you are hosting a woman in your space, and that a mattress on the floor or asking me to lay on a couch for services is not an acceptable option when hosting, and neither is handing a woman your used & musty towels and having her lay on sheets you haven’t laundered in months. If you feel called out, book for incall or get a room at a hotel to host in.

Looking to Book in Advance?

SAME DAY SESSIONS do NOT require a deposit, however booking ahead is always best if you want to secure your preferred time! For the long time that I have been working in this industry, I have maintained stellar reviews from previous clientele and a positive online presence. Therefore, a deposit should not make you hesitant to see me.

IN ADVANCE (so not same day), FOR FEMDOM OR PEGGING or FOR FMTY/BMTY, a 50% deposit is required.
This is NON-NEGOTIABLE, and NOT UP FOR DEBATE.

For deposits, I accept Interac Email Transfer, Wise, Amazon Gift Card, Crypto (BTC, ETH..) or you may leave CASH with me at Urban Lux Studio.
There are no exceptions outside of these, so do not ask. I do not make these “special considerations” for anyone. My safety is paramount in a career where I could be harmed easily. Do not contact me if your goals are to wiggle your way out of my requirements, as you will be promptly dismissed.
