To be able to host you in the luxury environment all my clients deserve, please be advised that my room fees are worked into my incall service rates and are more expensive than my GFE rates.

These rates apply to Calgary
& when I visit Edmonton.

GFE Outcall Requirements

In order for me to be able to consider an outcall to wherever you are,
you must meet ALL my requirements below.
If you do not meet ALL of the requirements, you will be redirected for an incall.

1. Transportation costs are REQUIRED to be covered by my clients.
   I ABSOLUTELY do not accept rides with clients, for obvious safety reasons, and I do NOT travel out of pocket to any outcalls.
   
   Clients are welcome to either book me an Uber with a pickup address sent to them so they can input it themselves, or clients may send me an Email Transfer, Uber/Lyft Gift Card or Crypto (BTC, ETH, etc.) amount matching my roundtrip fare to facilitate my transportation to your hosting space through my own phone. Screenshots of fare are given to my clients if money is being sent to me for professionalism & transparency on costs.
   
   No Transportation Costs Covered = NO OUTCALL.

2. You MUST be in your hosting space ALONE. If you are in a home, townhouse, this means no roommates or guests are present.
   
   ABSOLUTELY NO ONE.
   
   I have no issues visiting a home with a basement suite so long as it is a LEGALLY SEPARATED UNIT, meaning that the top and basement units are accessed by PRIVATE ENTRY; ABSOLUTELY NO SHARED ENTRY BASEMENT HOMES. A walk-through will be conducted at the beginning of your session upon receiving payment to verify this requirement.
   
   
3. Your space MUST be clean and suitable for hosting guests. If you wouldn’t invite your mother into your home, then don’t invite me, cause I’ll shame you like she should have!
   
   A CLEAR PATH to exits MUST exist & I’m sure you can understand why.
   
   
4. You MUST have a mattress & bed frame, clean sheets & towels.
   
   No, not a couch. No, not a mattress on the floor. No, not your kitchen counters.
   Did I really need to clarify this?
   Unfortunately, yes.
   
   A reminder that you are hosting a woman in your space, and that a mattress on the floor or asking me to lay on a couch or counter for services is not an acceptable option when hosting, and neither is handing a woman your used & musty towels and having her lay on sheets you haven’t laundered in months.
   
   If you feel called out, book me for incall or get a room at a hotel & book me for outcall.

DEPOSIT CONDITIONS:

Urban Lux Incall
(while on shift):

No deposit required is required to book me if I am at the studio on shift already.
However, if you no show, a 50% deposit will be required for all future bookings.

Urban Lux Incall
(while NOT on shift):

To book me on a day when I am NOT in the studio on shift, you must either book my Uber to Urban Lux or send $20 for me to be able to book my own Uber to and from for your session.

To book a session IN ADVANCE on a day I am IN the studio, a 50% deposit will be required to confirm your session.

Hotel GFE Incall (In Calgary):

If the hotel is already booked & I am checked in,
I may allow last minute no deposit bookings, but a deposit ranging from $100 to 50% may apply to hold your session since I have high demand for incall inquiries.

IF I DO NOT HAVE A HOTEL BOOKED,
my Hotel GFE Incall option is available to clients who are comfortable with paying a $100 FEE on top of your session donation SENT IN ADVANCE via EMT so I am able to secure the room.

Outcalls (In Calgary):

Same-day: No deposit unless otherwise required, but you must book my Uber TO AND FROM your location or send me an Uber Gift Card or EMT to book them for myself.

Advance bookings: 50% deposit required.

Touring:

HOTEL GFE INCALL ON TOUR:

If I am putting out feelers for a tour & have a deadline for a minimum amount of clients to book with me by or the tour is cancelled, a 50% deposit will be required to confirm your session as your deposit is used to book my hotel, flights/bus etc.

If my trip is confirmed & hotel is booked, I may allow last minute no deposit bookings, but a deposit ranging from $100 to 50% may apply to hold your session since I have high demand for incall inquiries during a short trip and must prioritize clients setting down a deposit.

IF I DO NOT HAVE A HOTEL BOOKED, my Hotel GFE Incall option is available to clients who are comfortable with the REQUIREMENT of paying a $100 FEE on top of your session donation SENT IN ADVANCE via EMT so I am able to secure the room.

OUTCALLS ON TOUR:

Same-day tour outcall: No deposit unless otherwise required (kink/fetish), but you must book my Uber TO AND FROM your location or send me an Uber Gift Card or EMT to book it for myself.

Advance tour outcall bookings: 50% deposit required.

5. Kink / Fetish Sessions:

A 50% deposit is required for ANY session involving kink or fetish add-ons or Femdom, including foot fetish, ass worship, pegging, toilet training/brown shower, golden shower, etc.

These rules are
NON-NEGOTIABLE.

Accepted deposit methods: Interac e-Transfer, Amazon Gift Card, Cryptocurrency (BTC/LTC/ETH), or cash left with me at Urban Lux Studio unless a specific method is requested above.

Please feel free to ask for clarification if you need it on whether or not your session requires a deposit, and how much it is, if so.
If you attempt to negotiate these requirements, find another provider.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are detrimental to a SWer’s business, so please plan and book accordingly to avoid having to cancel, and therefore having all monies forfeited to any last minute cancellations.

For cancellations on THE CLIENT’s behalf over 24 hours in advance, you will be given one opportunity to reschedule.
If you do not make that appointment, all monies will be forfeited and a new deposit meeting the conditions of THE CLIENT’s original session will need to be sent in order to book me again.

In the unlikely event that I cancel on you or if I have feelers out for a tour and my minimum booking threshold isn’t met by the deadline stated, your deposit will be FULLY REFUNDED
or counted towards a rescheduled date in the future.

If you choose to be refunded, you can expect your deposit to be returned to you via Email-Transfer within 72 hours of me informing you of the cancellation.
